This is a list I have compiled of the reasons why I love working from home!

• NO COMMUTE- You are a lot less likely to get road rage traveling from your kitchen to your desk. With the skyrocketing gas prices I am saving a butt load of money not having to fill up my huge family mobile.
• OFFICE IS BIGGER-My home is definitely bigger than the cubicles that I have worked in. I have room to roam. I can do cartwheels in “my office”. I couldn’t do that before (not that I would be doing cartwheels while at work).
• FLEXIBILITY- I have more time for me. I can fit in my workouts without watching the clock. I can play with my children. I could take a nap if I choose. I can work days, nights, weekends, or none of the above.
• DAYCARE-My kids aren’t exposed to the endless illnesses daycares offer. My kids haven’t been sick in quite awhile. On that note that saves on doctor bills. Not to mention the cost of daycare is out of control.
• LUNCH MONEY-Packing a lunch or bringing lunch money is a thing of the past. It makes eating healthier easy and affordable.
• DINNERTIME-All of us greeting my husband at the door is a big deal for him. Eating dinner together as a family is a huge deal in the development of the children. Family time is extremely important to us.
• WORK ATTIRE-What work attire? I am saving a ton of money on work clothes and the best part is not even having to get dressed if I don’t want to. Pajamas are the preference and my bad hair days only scare the mail guy.
• TAX DEDUCTIONS- having a home business is the best type of business. No office rent, overhead or employees to pay. You are able to deduct a lot of your home expenses including everything purchased for your biz including your pencils.
• HOME SCHOOL-More options to home school when you are at home, not at work.
